How I help Japan

I want to do as much as I possibly can to help Japan, my home country.
I don't want to feel helpless or just donate I want to do more.
I've helped my Japanese friends in Miami to place donation boxes in all the Japanese restaurants in Southern Florida.
I've spread the word about this tragic so more people can help.
I've been helping charities and non-profit organization in their donations.
And I've donated and purchased items that the 100% of the proceeds goes to help Japan.

Here are some stuff that I got:

Lady Gaga made a wristband like the very NEXT day of the tragedy!!

Tokidoki's t-shirt:
Women's Japan Relief Run Tee

Palmer Cash t-shirt: (still waiting for the size cuz it's out of stock)

Artists came together to make a CD for Japan:

Tweeting

So it's been little bit over a week since I started Twitter and I'm still trying to figure it out. What is tweeting for and what do you tweet about? I tweet whatever that's in my mind and then I also do Fashion of the day and sometimes I give out health tips and sex advices. Am I using it right? And what is "#" all about? Is it a tag? Anyways I dunno if I'm using it right but follow me if you'd like :-) @crystalkiss08

Help Japan!!

As we all know Japan has recently been destroyed by a massive tsunami and earthquake. Thousands were washed by the tsunami and many were crushed by the earthquake. There are still hundreds of people missing. Many Japanese have lost their homes, jobs and loved ones. Being from Japan it is sad that my home country is suffering and I want to be able to help in any way eventhough I'm miles and miles away. I'm spreading the word and pleading for you all to help through Japan's hard times. Please support and help Japan by making a donation, any donation is better than none and you can choose from any non-profit organization below:

Thank you and let's all pray for Japan.

Global Giving Organization - Japan earthquake and tsunami relief. You can donate any amount.

Lady Gaga 'Pray for Japan' bracelet - Lady Gaga made a 'Pray for Japan' also translated in Japanese wristband to support and donate the profits to Japan. Wear it proud and make it a fashion statement.

Japanese Red Cross Society - Donate directly to the Japanese in their currency (yen). From this link you can also donate to UNICEF and Save the Children.

Shelter Box - Giving people who lost their homes a safe place to stay and provide them shelter.

International Medical Corps - With the power plant meltdown and radiation leak the Japanese are in danger of cancer and other health issues. Help them from becoming ill and cancer-free.

World Vision - Bigger donation starting from $50 helping families and children in Japan.

I also want to point to everybody who lives in San Diego that if you go to any Japanese restaurants they will have a donation box where you can donate there as well.

My boutique in Clairemont NY Moda will also donate 5% of our sales this month to the Japanese Red Cross Society so come and shop guilt-free!!

Destructive Footage of Japan from the tsunami and earthquake

This video gave me the chills and made me cry. My heart goes to all the Japanese who have been affected by this horrible disastor!!

What if one day...

there was no 'Leila Offner'. What then? Would the world change? Will everything be the same? Looking at my name I wondered... what if.
A lot of people don't like to think of the what if's but I think because their scared and afraid of the other options.
Well you know what? Life ain't always gonna be full of sweets and candies you're gonna come across a soar patch one day or another!
So thinking about what if there was no 'Leila Offner'... when I was younger my friends and I would ask another "If you died how many people do you think would show up to your funeral?" I use to say like "100!" I know it's a depressing conversation to have when you're a child or teen but it made you really think. I thought EVERYONE I knew would come but now that I'm older and wiser I realized people are into themselves too much. Unless you were really close to someone who has the time to go to their funeral? It's a brutal thing becoming an adult. You realize so much more things you didn't want to when you were little. The truth reveals and everything becomes more ugly. I hate the "real" world. I want to be like Michael Jackson and be in Neverland and be a kid forever. I think that's what he was trying to do I would have so sticked with MJ because the "real" world SUCKS!!
Sometimes I want 'Leila Offner' to disappear... just up in the air and then see what will happen.
Can I just evaporate in the air and ride with the wind?

Why sex is good for you.

Saw this article in "Real Beauty" and wanted to share it with everyone. Sex is not only good for you emotionally but for your skin too! I was going to be abstinent for 2 month along with being sober but this article might have changed my mind. lol
So here are the benefits:

Sex makes you glow
Having sex improves blood circulation, which helps to pump oxygen to your skin and make it brighter. It also helps to eliminate toxins and can actually make your lips a little fuller.

It controls acne
Having sex reduces your hormone levels and balances them out. So you get clearer-looking skin, along with healthier hair!

It wards off aging
As you have sex, you are boosting collagen production, which staves off age spots and sagging.

It prevents dry skin
By having sex and getting the blood and oxygen flowing, you can keep dry skin away regardless of your age.

It prevents wrinkles too
Having sex boosts collagen production so that means it helps to keep you wrinkle-free in the process! There's no facial mask that works as well as sex does for your skin.

Sex is the fountain of youth
So there was a study done on sex and youth a few years back to prove this point. In a span of 10 years, 3,500 men and women, both those who had sex regularly and those who didn't, were put on one side of a two-way mirror, where participants on the other side had to guess their age. The group that had an active sex life had their age underestimated by seven to 12 years, while some thought the group that only had sex infrequently actually looked older!

Sex makes your nails stronger
The same hormones that are released to make your skin glow will also keep your nails strong.

Sex keeps you hydrated
No, this doesn't mean you can replace your eight glasses of water with eight hours of sex, but having sex will keep your skin hydrated. lol Since it improves circulation, the blood will circulate around your body more efficiently, giving your skin the moisture it needs to stay healthy.

It cleanses your pores
Sex will do the trick, depending on how hot and heavy things are getting. By sweating during sex, you're actually giving your face a free facial. The sweat will clean from your pores the dirt, grime, and makeup residue you miss when you cleanse your face during the day.

And for girls who are single or going through a sex slump there is a cheat trick from NARS. It's called the NARS orgasm blush which gives you the after sex glow. It's actually one of the company's most popular products.

A licensed clinical sexologist said:

"An orgasm is one of the healthiest things you can give yourself each day. From a sexologist's point of view it should be included in your routine along with brushing your teeth and washing your hair."

So what are you guys waiting for!? Go hump like bunnies but remember no glove, no love! xoxo
